Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and StratoForce AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("StratoForce," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1018 143rd St. NE, Bradenton, FL 34212.

By accessing or using StratoForce AI Revenue Intelligence (the "Service"), including our Salesforce AppExchange managed package, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

StratoForce AI provides AI-powered Revenue Intelligence delivered as a native Salesforce AppExchange managed package. The Service operates entirely within the customer's Salesforce org and includes features such as pipeline analytics, revenue forecasting, and AI-driven insights.

Salesforce Platform: The Service runs on the Salesforce platform and is subject to Salesforce's applicable terms, including the Salesforce AppExchange Partner Program terms. You must maintain a valid Salesforce subscription to use the Service.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

3.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.
  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full term.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior written notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal period.

3.3 Free Trial

The 14-day free trial provides access to the full Service. At the end of the trial, your access will be suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No credit card is required to start a trial.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You must promptly notify us at support@stratoforce.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the managed package
  • Attempt to access other customers' data or Salesforce orgs
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or interfere with the Salesforce platform
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in abusive behavior that degrades Service performance

6. Intellectual Property

StratoForce retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

You retain all rights to your data within your Salesforce org. We claim no ownership of your CRM data.

7. AI Features & Third-Party Services

AI Disclaimer: AI-generated predictions, recommendations, and insights are provided for informational purposes only. StratoForce does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI output. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

  • Certain AI features may require you to configure API keys for third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Anthropic).
  • API callouts to these providers are made directly from your Salesforce org. StratoForce does not intermediate, store, or have access to data transmitted to AI providers.
  • Your use of third-party AI services is subject to those providers' terms of service and privacy policies.
  • You are responsible for any costs incurred from third-party AI provider usage.

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Your CRM data remains in your Salesforce org — we do not export or store it externally.
  • The managed package does not make callouts to StratoForce servers.
  • We collect business contact and billing information for account management.

9. Service Level & Availability

Because the Service runs natively on the Salesforce platform, availability is dependent on Salesforce platform uptime. We do not provide separate uptime guarantees beyond the Salesforce platform's own service level commitments.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the managed package functions correctly and to address reported issues in a timely manner.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, STRATOFORCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (C) AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (D) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRATOFORCE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

STRATOFORCE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO STRATOFORCE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StratoForce and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Your configuration and use of third-party AI provider services

13. Term & Termination

13.1 Term

These Terms are effective when you first access the Service and continue for the duration of your subscription.

13.2 Termination for Convenience

Either party may terminate the subscription with thirty (30) days' prior written notice. Termination takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period following the notice period.

13.3 Termination for Breach

Either party may terminate immediately upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure the breach within fifteen (15) days after receiving written notice of the breach.

13.4 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, your license to use the Service is revoked.
  • You should uninstall the managed package from your Salesforce org.
  • Your CRM data remains in your Salesforce org and is unaffected by termination.
  • Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StratoForce regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Notices: We may send notices to the email address associated with your account. You may send notices to hello@stratoforce.ai.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or Salesforce platform outages.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
