AI tools change every few weeks. We keep your assistant working as they do, and check in with you once a month.

You pay the second half of the Setup only when all five are true:
Half the Setup price is due to start. The other half is due when you sign this checklist. Your deposit is refundable until we start work.
- It answers 10 questions about your business correctly, from memory.
- Each of your 5 jobs works start to finish on a real example of yours.
- The double-check catches a mistake we plant on purpose.
- Pay-per-use billing is turned off on your AI plan.
- You have run one job on your own during the training.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can write an email, you can use this. We do the setup, and the 30-minute training shows you how to run each job. You will run one on your own before you sign off.
Which AI do I need?
Most people already have what they need: a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan. If you don't have one yet, or you're paying for more than you use, the Strategy Call tells you which plan fits. The subscription stays in your name; you never pay for AI through us.
Is my data safe?
We only see what you choose to share on the call or put into your setup. We never use it to train AI. Your assistant lives in your own AI account, and we delete anything we hold whenever you ask.
What if it doesn't work for me?
The Strategy Call is refunded in full if we can't give you at least 3 concrete improvements. For the Setup, your deposit is refundable until we start work, and you only pay the second half when every point on the sign-off checklist is true.
Will my AI bill go up?
Not because of us. Your assistant runs on the flat monthly plan you already pay for, and we turn off pay-per-use billing on it as part of the Setup, so it cannot charge you extra. Our own prices are fixed and agreed before you pay.
How long does the Setup take?
About a week from the start, done remotely. We need some of your time that week: to answer questions about your business, to pick your five jobs, and for the 30-minute training.
