No. StratoForce AI supports Salesforce Einstein as a zero-config AI provider — your data stays entirely within Salesforce. Optionally, you can connect OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic for enhanced capabilities.

Absolutely. StratoForce AI is 100% Salesforce-native — all data stays within your Salesforce org. We never store your data externally. When using Einstein, AI processing also stays within the Salesforce trust boundary. External AI providers are optional and configured by your admin.
