📋 Upgrade Instructions

This is a non-breaking upgrade from v1.0.0.9. Follow the standard upgrade procedure:

  1. Install the updated package in your sandbox first
  2. Verify the 4 new Settings Hub panels appear (Integrations, Bulk Import, Scheduled Jobs, Reports)
  3. Configure integrations via the new Integrations panel
  4. Review the 8 scheduled jobs in the Scheduled Jobs panel
  5. Deploy to production when verified

New Remote Site Settings, scheduled jobs, and reports are created automatically during upgrade. Existing configuration is preserved.

🔑 Updated: License Gating

All Tiers
  • Trial = All Features — the 14-day trial now unlocks every feature at Enterprise level, including Account Health, Custom NBA Flow Mapping, and Custom AI Models. Previously, some Enterprise features were restricted during trial.
  • Clearer Upgrade Banners — improved upgrade banner messaging on features gated to higher tiers. Banners now clearly state which tier is required and how to upgrade.
  • Account Health available in all tiers — Account Health Scoring is now accessible in Starter and above (previously Enterprise-only).

🧪 Test Improvements

  • Expanded Apex test coverage across all service classes
  • Added LWC Jest tests for gamification components (leaderboard, badge display, tooltips)
  • Improved test isolation — tests no longer depend on org-specific data
  • Fixed flaky tests related to async queueable processing

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: Pipeline stage chart not updating when switching time period filters
  • Fixed: Deal score displaying as 0 for opportunities with no description (now correctly evaluates other factors)
  • Fixed: Snapshot batch failing silently when encountering opportunities with null Amount
  • Fixed: "View As" filter not respecting role hierarchy in orgs with more than 3 levels

⚠️ Known Issues

  • Conversation Intelligence analysis may timeout for conversations exceeding 60 minutes when using external AI providers. Workaround: break long conversations into segments.
  • Territory filter requires Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management to be enabled. The filter component is hidden automatically if Territory Management is not available.
  • Badge tooltips may not render correctly in Internet Explorer 11 or Salesforce Classic. Lightning Experience is required.

  1. Install the updated package in your sandbox first
  2. Verify the new Gamification Leaderboard tab appears
  3. Confirm badge tooltips display correctly on the leaderboard
  4. Test pipeline dropdown labels show readable names
  5. Deploy to production when verified

No data migration required. New objects (Badge_Definition__c, User_Badge__c) and starter badge records are created automatically during upgrade.
