Workflow Working Session
A focused conversation and a concise written recommendation. Clarity before implementation.
A useful starting point.
You have a workflow or tool decision to work through before paying for a build.
This is the existing $199 advice session. Its existing terms apply, including a full refund if it gives you fewer than three concrete improvements.
What you get
- 45-minute video call about one workflow or decision
- A written one-page recommendation, emailed within one business day
- The next steps, tradeoffs and what is worth building
What this doesn’t include
- No implementation, account setup or connected systems
- No ongoing support or open-ended consulting
Yours to operate
Own your tools and files.
Accounts stay in your name. Model/API usage, platform subscriptions, hosting and vendor fees are separate. We agree access and responsibilities before work starts, and the handoff covers the files and configuration created for the agreed work.
Before you decide
Am I paying for access to an agent?
No. You pay for advice, setup or implementation. The accounts and tools are yours, and you keep the files and configuration we create for the agreed work. Model/API usage, platform subscriptions, hosting and other vendor fees are separate and paid by you.
Is the $1,500 Sprint the Salesforce audit?
No. One Workflow Sprint is implementation of an agreed workflow. The separately scoped $1,500 Salesforce AI Workflow Audit is read-only assessment of a repo and one sandbox, producing a written playbook and next-sprint change list. It includes no implementation.
Does sending a request book or pay for anything?
No. It starts an email conversation. We confirm fit, scope, availability and payment arrangements before work starts. Meeting times are arranged by email; this site has no live calendar for these offers. For Agent Launch and One Workflow Sprint, payment, cancellation and refund terms must be agreed in writing before payment.
What happens after handoff?
You operate the work in your own accounts. The scope records access, tests, documentation and responsibilities. Ongoing support, changes and vendor costs are not silently included; agree any further work separately.
