03 / Build one workflow
One Workflow Sprint
A bounded implementation with agreed inputs and output, acceptance tests, limited revisions and a handoff.
A useful starting point.
You can name one repeatable workflow and the useful output you need from it.
Before accepting the work, we agree the number of systems, the revision allowance, delivery window, acceptance tests and handoff responsibilities in writing. The $1,500 package applies only when the workflow fits that agreed boundary.
Different from the $1,500 read-only Salesforce audit. This Sprint is implementation; the audit is assessment.
What you get
- A written brief defining one workflow, its inputs and output
- Implementation within the systems and access agreed in the scope
- Acceptance tests and a limited revision allowance agreed before work
- Handoff of the agreed files, configuration and operating notes
What this doesn’t include
- No open-ended backlog or unlimited revisions
- No unscoped integrations, ongoing operation or maintenance
- Salesforce architecture and development are quoted separately
Payment, cancellation and refund terms must be agreed in writing before payment.
Yours to operate
Own your tools and files.
Accounts stay in your name. Model/API usage, platform subscriptions, hosting and vendor fees are separate. We agree access and responsibilities before work starts, and the handoff covers the files and configuration created for the agreed work.
Before you decide
Am I paying for access to an agent?
No. You pay for advice, setup or implementation. The accounts and tools are yours, and you keep the files and configuration we create for the agreed work. Model/API usage, platform subscriptions, hosting and other vendor fees are separate and paid by you.
Is the $1,500 Sprint the Salesforce audit?
No. One Workflow Sprint is implementation of an agreed workflow. The separately scoped $1,500 Salesforce AI Workflow Audit is read-only assessment of a repo and one sandbox, producing a written playbook and next-sprint change list. It includes no implementation.
Does sending a request book or pay for anything?
No. It starts an email conversation. We confirm fit, scope, availability and payment arrangements before work starts. Meeting times are arranged by email; this site has no live calendar for these offers. For Agent Launch and One Workflow Sprint, payment, cancellation and refund terms must be agreed in writing before payment.
What happens after handoff?
You operate the work in your own accounts. The scope records access, tests, documentation and responsibilities. Ongoing support, changes and vendor costs are not silently included; agree any further work separately.
