AG / 01 · Agent services

Build with agents.
Start with work that matters.

Architecture, development and setup for agents inside Salesforce or beyond. We help turn a useful idea into a defined workflow, a working implementation and a handoff you can use.

Project scope and quote agreed before work starts. This is an implementation service, not a software subscription.

A view of the architecture

Context that connects.
Work you can inspect.

Illustrative, not a product screenshot. The actual design, access and tools depend on your project.

What could be worth building?

AG 01

Project knowledge

An agent that helps you find project decisions, understand context, and prepare a useful brief.

Start with
Selected project notes and documents
Example output
A source-linked brief for a person to review
Boundary to agree
Start with approved sources. Define what may be retained and who can read it.

SF 02

Development workflow

A Salesforce development workflow with a clear brief, a reviewable change, and checks before release.

Start with
A scoped change and a suitable sandbox
Example output
A reviewed change and documented acceptance checks
Boundary to agree
Name the tests, environment and release owner. Human approval is a process responsibility; a review script alone does not enforce it.

AG 03

Personal workflow

An agent that turns your own notes and tasks into a daily plan you can adjust.

Start with
The notes and task sources you choose
Example output
A draft plan with the next actions made clear
Boundary to agree
Agree what it can read, draft and change. Connected accounts and permissions are scoped individually.

What an engagement can include

A working system.
A clear handoff.

The agreed package may include architecture, agent instructions, configuration, source code, tests, operating notes and a walkthrough. We name exactly what you receive in the scope.

  • Access: agree sources, permissions and environments before connecting anything.
  • Testing: define useful outputs, error cases and acceptance criteria together.
  • Responsibilities: name who reviews outputs, approves actions, operates the workflow and handles changes.
  • Costs: quote implementation separately from tools, hosting, model usage and any ongoing support. Confirm vendor requirements for the chosen design.

When the work is in Salesforce

The agent is part of the architecture.

We also work on Salesforce architecture and development. Where a straightforward implementation is the better answer, we say so. The release workflow package is a separate specialist engagement with a fixed scope.
