Does my data leave Salesforce? +
No. Ask the Force queries your Salesforce data using SOQL inside your org, then sends a compressed, PII-masked snapshot to your chosen AI provider. Raw record data never leaves. The AI only sees sanitized context — and even that stays within your chosen provider's data boundary.
What AI providers work? +
Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint works out of the box — including local models via LM Studio or Ollama. We also have native integrations with OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, xAI Grok, and Azure OpenAI. You can switch providers at any time from the settings page. Zero lock-in.
