Write your business down once
Your services, prices, customers and the way you like to sound, in one file your AI reads first. You stop re-explaining yourself every time you open a chat.
Small business · AI that checks its own work
Bring one price list and one draft your AI wrote. We'll change one number on purpose and see if your AI catches it. No charge.

Sound familiar?
What we show you
Your services, prices, customers and the way you like to sound, in one file your AI reads first. You stop re-explaining yourself every time you open a chat.
Before an email, a proposal or a summary reaches you, a second check reads it against your own facts and flags anything that doesn't match.
Everything runs on the flat monthly AI plan you already pay for, with pay-per-use billing turned off. Our prices are fixed and written down before you pay.
Free: the planted-mistake test
The question is whether anything catches a wrong price or name before a customer does. We take one draft your ChatGPT or Claude wrote, change one fact on purpose, and see whether it gets flagged. Sometimes a plain ChatGPT catches it. If yours does, we tell you.
If you want a written plan
Not everyone needs this. It is for owners who want a plan before they change anything: what to hand to AI first, which plan to be on, what to stop paying for, and whether a setup is worth it for you. If it is, we quote a fixed price in writing. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Integrates with anything
Your assistant works with the tools you already use: your mail, your calendar, your documents, your invoices. It reads from them and asks before it changes anything.
These are tools we connect to through their public APIs and files. StratoForce has no partnerships with any of them; names belong to their owners.
And 30 more: all 82 names, by category
The Confirm button. Reads are read-only, under each person's own permissions in that tool. A write to any of them shows the change and its evidence, then waits for a person to press Confirm. There is no setting that turns this off.
How an engagement works
Bring one draft your AI wrote. We plant one wrong fact and see whether anything catches it. You leave with the one fix we would make first.
Ten business days, remote, at one fixed price. The gate, the two-reviewer pipeline, the shared memory and rules, and the per-person budgets, installed in your accounts on your AI plans.
Your team is trained and gets the keys. Nothing runs through StratoForce afterwards. You own every file, prompt, skill and memory, and we confirm our copy is deleted, in writing.
One session at a time, 45 minutes, $199, booked when you need it. No retainer and no minimum. Most teams do not need it.
Referrals
Know an owner who uses ChatGPT or Claude for quotes or customer emails? Send them to the free check. If they go on to a paid session or setup, we send you $150 when it is done. They put your name in “Who referred you?” on the booking form. Paid once per referred business. No self-referrals.
Questions
No. If you can write an email, you can use this. The advice session is a plain conversation about your work, and the written plan uses plain words.
Most people already have what they need: a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan. If you don't have one yet, or you're paying for more than you use, the advice session tells you which plan fits. The subscription stays in your name; you never pay for AI through us.
We only see what you choose to share on the call. We never use it to train AI, and we delete anything we hold whenever you ask.
The advice session is refunded in full if we can't give you at least three concrete improvements.
Not because of us. Everything we suggest runs on the flat monthly plan you already pay for, and we show you how to turn off pay-per-use billing on it. Our own prices are fixed and agreed before you pay.
Sometimes. If the session shows that a setup is worth it for you, we quote a fixed price in writing. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Book an advice session: 45 minutes, $199, paid once. If what you want is bigger, it is another fixed-price setup with its own written price. There is no retainer to be on.
No. Everything runs in your own accounts, on your own AI plans. At handoff you own every file, prompt, skill and memory, and we keep no copy. We confirm that in writing.
15 minutes on a video call with a person, on your own draft. No charge. If a session makes sense, we tell you what it costs. If not, we say so.
